Family Faces Tough Decision

Teenager Taylor Hale, aged 14, suffered a traumatic brain injury after a playful stunt involving a moving car. After a week in a medically induced coma and a severe brain hemorrhage, doctors advised her family to prepare for organ donation and a funeral.

Unexpected Miracle

In a desperate moment, family friend Jeff Stickel, a chiropractor, felt compelled to pray for Taylor’s recovery. Despite initial skepticism, her parents allowed him to pray.

Remarkable Turnaround

To everyone’s amazement, Taylor showed signs of improvement shortly after life support was removed. Her brain activity increased, and she began to show responses, such as fluttering her eyelids and attempting to speak. Her father, Chuck Hale, described it as “the hand of God.”

A New Beginning

Taylor’s recovery was challenging, but she eventually graduated from high school and planned to study event planning at a community college. She acknowledged, “God did most of the saving.”
