Barbra Streisand recently defended Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, accusing conservatives of trying to smear her. Streisand argued that Willis merely seeks privacy in her relationship with a subordinate prosecutor, Nathan Wade, amid her investigation of Trump and others for election-related charges in Georgia.
Streisand criticized Republicans for targeting Willis, stating, “How silly that the Republicans want to have Fani Willis fired. For what? Thinking a woman can’t have a private life as well as a professional one? Men do it all the time! How ridiculous is this?”
She emphasized that the attacks on Willis are diversion tactics by Trump and his allies. Streisand highlighted the importance of focusing on the case’s facts, which involve Trump’s alleged efforts to overturn election results, rather than Willis’s personal life.
