Simon and Lauren are planning their wedding later this year. Simon explained, “I’ve kind of felt myself engaged for a long time… we get on really, really well,” adding that the pandemic solidified their decision to marry for the sake of their son.
Regarding his weight loss, Simon shared, “The most dramatic period was the first month… I avoid just red meat – white meat is fine – and I eat loads of vegetables, salads and drink this great beer.” He emphasized that “the diet’s surprisingly easy” when it includes “interesting and tasty” food.
